Often called the Holy Spirit, the Light and Sound are twin aspects of God. Known in Eckankar as the ECK, It sustains all life. Eckankar teaches how to recognize this Light and Sound in your daily life.

- Spiritual Exercises of ECK
Similar to prayer, spiritual exercises help you open your heart to Divine Spirit, the Light and Sound of God.

- Worship Service
The ECK Worship Service offers a welcoming and safe environment where interested people can gather and study some aspect in the spiritual works of Eckankar. The service is a relaxed, uplifting combination of a short inspirational reading, a HU song followed by a short contemplation and small group discussions. Following each Worship Service there is a question and answer session for newcomers. Light refreshments are served.
- Youth Worship Service
The Youth Worship Service offers a welcoming environment to youth from 5 to 25 years old. Each service centers on a different topic and includes a HU song, and fun activities to help understand the spiritual principal of the topic. Following the Worship Service there will be light refreshments. Please meet first at the Eckankar Center 10 minutes prior to the service.
