Purpose
 Governed by Civil No. 87-519 Declaratory Judgement, 3rd Circuit Court, Filed 1991 April 10 to collect fees and maintain roads.
Members
 Fern Forest property owners.
Membership
 Automatic for each Fern Forest property.
Fees
