  • If you purchased Business DSL, click here for your static IP address assignment.

If you purchased a Residential DSL package of any bandwidth, follow these instructions:

  1. First, click the radio button labeled "Obtain an IP address automatically." This will disable the following 3 fields: IP address, Subnet mask, and Default Gateway.

  2. On the same screen, click the radio button "Obtain DNS server address automatically." Again, the 2 DNS servers below that fields will be disabled. Finally, click OK (there is no need to click on the Advanced button).

  3. Click the OK button and close all windows. Now open your Internet browser and try to go to any site. You should now be connected to the Internet at high speed via your DSL connection. If not, call us and will help you troubleshoot.
