Inbox
This is your inbox. From any WebMail window you can select 'Options' at
the top of the screen, to review or edit your user preferences.
The left frame of your inbox allows you to choose from your various
folders. By default, you have the following folders:
| Inbox - This is where all your email will appear by default. If
you have any spam filters set up, email that makes it past your filters will
wind up here. Email in this folder will count against your disk
usage. |
| Sent A copy of every email that you compose and send via
webmail will be kept here. Be aware that email in this folder will count
against your disk usage. |
| Junk Email that gets caught in your spam filters will be
rerouted to this folder. Any email over 7 days old will be automatically
deleted from this folder. Email in this folder will count against your
disk usage. |
| Trash Email you intentionally delete will be stored in this
folder. Email in this folder will NOT count against your disk usage.
Your Trash folder will be emptied on a regular basis. |
Your disk usage indicator appears as a horizontal bar in the left frame.
The rest of the page displays the contents of the folder you choose. By
default, it will be the inbox. Simply click on a message to read it.
