You have a limited amount of disk space. If your email uses up all your disk space, you will not be able to receive any more email until you delete some from your Inbox and send it to the Trash folder. Your disk space indicator appears in the left frame.

Email in your Inbox and Junk folder count against your disk space.

Email in your Trash folder does NOT count against your disk space.

Email in your Junk folder will automatically be deleted when it is seven days old.

Email in your Trash folder will automatically be deleted regularly.

The filters you set up via webmail will work even if you dont use webmail.

The email in the Junk and Trash folders will automatically be deleted even if you dont use webmail or the spam filters.
