Cedar Homes of Kauai is an independent distributor of Lindal Cedar Homes Inc., serving the Islands of Kauai and Oahu. We specialize in the design, planning and construction of tropical custom homes. We recently celebrated our 25th year with Lindal Cedar Homes and have helped design, plan & build hundreds of homes in Hawaii. We have the experience and expertise necessary to make your Hawaiian dream home a complete success from concept to completion.

From the moment you enter our model home until long after you occupy your dream home, you will experience a wide array of services. At Cedar Homes of Kauai, we know that building a home can be challenging, and that's why we streamline the process offering many of the services you will need in-house.

We offer computerized drafting, assistance in obtaining financing, building permits and subdivision approvals. If you haven't purchased your piece of paradise, we can provide real estate assistance and referrals.

We also conduct a complete material inventory upon arrival and make frequent job site visits. For our off-island homeowners, we take photos and video of construction progress.

Initially we will visit your building site to discuss house placement and design, provide a price for the material package, appraise you of any sales promotions that are available and prepare a siteplan. Additionally, at meetings to discuss your dream home, we will discuss excavation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, cabinets and floor coverings so that we can bid the construction phase of your project and supply a complete turnkey analysis. Our in-house construction company, Creative Builders, is licensed (#BC20011) and experienced to handle all of your contracting needs.
