BRT Rally
Rep. Fox addresses the crowd in 2003 at Honolulu Hale on BRT. While Rep. Fox supports the idea of improving Hawaii's mass transit system, he is concerned about the effects it will have on our roads—mainly the increase in traffic due to designation of lanes solely for mass transit.

Citizen's Patrol
Rep. Fox and other members of the Waikiki Citizens Patrol. Eric Thompson, John McGuire, Officer Leland Cadoy, Galen Fox, Jane Greenwood, Ralph Shumway, Tomiko Turner, Jeanine Greenwood. The WCP walks around the Waikiki area looking for suspicious activity, vandalism and unsafe areas. The main purpose of the WCP is to keep our neighborhood safe and clean.

Gas Cap Bill
On April 14th 2004, Rep. Fox and the Republican Caucus held a press conference at the Pauoa Shell gas station to illustrate to the public how high gas prices would go if the gas cap bill were implemented. The prices shown in the photo shocked many consumers.

McKinnley Students
On February 20th 2004, Rep. Fox met with McKinley High School teacher, Barbara Abrew and her 6th period class. The group toured the Capitol, watched the legislators in action during a live floor session and heard Rep. Fox talk about his ideas for better education in Hawaii.

Mokulele Students
On April 2nd 2004, Rep. Fox and Rep. Finnegan met with students from Mokulele Elementary School.

Drug Fair
On March 21st 2004, Rep. Fox participated in the Health, Nutrition & Fitness Fair held at Ward Warehouse. Rep. Fox's booth provided information to the public about free or low-cost prescription drugs. Several bills had been introduced this legislative session with the purpose of reducing the high costs of prescription drugs. Drug company representatives were also on hand to answer questions.

Ala Wai Canal "Muck Walk"
The Ala Wai Canal’s "Muck Walk" took place when the canal tide was at its low point. Muck nearly swallowed up Steve Gocken, standing on the left, as Representative Fox sank beyond his thighs. Legislation has led to the clean up of the Ala Wai Canal.
