Blizzard is located in Kapaa, Kauai, just outside the Big Save grocery store.
Operating hours are Monday thru Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Look
for the red and white shave ice stand near the "makai" (ocean-side) entrance.
Occasionally we do various carnivals, fairs, festivals and special events on weekends.

Hawaiian Blizzard Shave Ice Company was established in 1982. The first 3 years were only done occasionally. In 1985 it became a full time business. During those years I have made many friends. It’s been a pleasure getting to know all of you and watching the kids grow. It never gets old to see a smiling face. Thank you so much for your support. God Bless! Aaron
P.S. I say I open at 1:30 but it's usually closer to 2:00. And I don't open on bad weather days or major holidays.
