"E-10" broke "Tiny's" record!

| Participation rules: | |
| 1. | All cups must be consumed by one person in one sitting during normal hours of operation in full view of the Shave Ice Man. |
| 2. | Serving size increases significantly after 3rd cup. No child-size servings. |
| 3. | Special will only occur on "short line" days. |
| 4. | Only one (1) 10-minute shi-shi (bathroom) break allowed between servings. |
| 5. | No standing in the sun to warm up. |
| 6. | Participants are allowed to wear the clothes of their choice, any thickness, as many layers as they wish. |
| 7. | Excessive spillage disqualifies the participant. "Excessive" will be determined by the Shave Ice Man. Heaving will be considered spillage. |
| 8. | Participants are allowed to only use the utensils provided (wooden spoon and straw). |
| 9. | Eat 9 (nine) or more shave ice cups and this special offer will be renamed after you! |
| 10. | The Shave Ice Man reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time if you "don't look good" while eating. This has nothing to do with your physical looks. |
| 11. | Customers with regular orders have priority over participants. |
| 12. | Disregard all the rules above and just have fun! |
This is a humorous event so the "honor system" will be used. No cheating please! This is not for beginners, novices or first-timers. Do not attempt if you are not a seasoned, tempered shave ice eater. Only healthy persons (those without diabetes, high sugar levels, high blood pressure or other hazardous medical conditions) should participate in this special offer. Hawaiian Blizzard Shave Ice Company will not be liable for any illness or injury resulting from eating too much shave ice causing such things as sugar "rushes," abnormal body-core temperature drops or passing out in any form.
* "E-10" actually BROKE the record by eating 8 cups of shave ice during one sitting in June 2006!

Lisa managed to down an unbelievable 7 cups
on Friday, July 13, 2007, without a single shi-shi break!
Not unlucky for her at all! (Well, maybe afterwards...)
Her son (far right) did a respectable 3 cups too!
Scott was also one of the smallest contenders weighing in
at only 140 pounds. He finished 7 cups and
tied the record on November 18, 2005!
