We offer two privately owned, luxury condominiums in premier locations on the island of Maui at the Wailea Resort

Wailea, located on the South and lea side of Maui, is 1,450 acres of relaxed and uncrowded beaches, shops, restaurants, tennis and golf snuggled into Maui's greenery. Surrounding the three championship Wailea golf courses is a distinctive community of condominium villages and luxury hotels. Eleven courts help make the Wailea Tennis Club Hawaii's most complete facility. Guests staying in our Wailea condominiums are given special discounts for golf. Wailea also offers a series of 5 crescent white sand beaches which are strung along a mile and a half of coastline. A myriad of water activities are available including swimming, snorkeling, wind-surfing, sailing and excursions to Molokini, a submerged volcano that's home to thousands of tropical fish. The resorts dining spots range from sun-drenched snack bars to award-winning fine dining restaurants. There's more entertainment at Wailea Shopping Village, an open, airy setting for shops and restaurants. The two condominiums offered below are privately owned and cared for. We are able to offer very attractive rates since we do not use a rental agency and do the majority of cleaning and maintenance ourselves. In addition, as Maui residents , we are here on the island to help you with your immediate needs.
