Our spacious Wailea Ekahi Condominium is fully appointed and includes private phone, radio, color TVs with DVDs and cable, private laundry center and personal touches for your enjoyment and convenience. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Small appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster, blender electric mixer, hair dryer and iron are also provided. Towels... including beach towels... linens and paper products are in the apartment. The unit has two private lanais (patios), two full baths and a washer/dryer. Ekahi 51F is decorated in rattan with tropical feeling and cooled with ceiling fans and sea breezes. The bedroom has a king bed while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. The unit will accommodate four people. Unit 51F is 750 feet from the beach.... within close reach of four swimming pools conveniently located for your pleasure. The apartment is located on the top (second) floor of a two story building which provides privacy and an ocean view. The discounted rental rate for this unit varies from $155 to $210/night for two people depending on the season and length of stay. Low Season is from April 1 to December 14; High Season is from December 15 to March 31.  The minimum stay is three nights. There is an additional charge of $10/night for each additional guest (any age) beyond the basic two (four maximum). There are no additional charges except for the 12.25% Hawaii State Hotel Tax.. If you would like to compare our rates with the local Wailea Resort Rental Agent, their rates for the same Wailea Ekahi, one bedroom, ocean view, upper village, condo can be found at the Destination Resort Hawaii web site. You will find their rates are significantly higher than our rates, primarily due to the high commission rates they charge their clients.   You can also find additional Wailea Ekahi Rentals at VRBO.com where there are a large number of Wailea rentals listed by private owners like us.
