Dear Mr. Balfour,

Last week I attend the Ewa Neighborhood Board meeting and several issues were raised regarding the Ewa Beach Community Park. These had originally been brought up at the June 10 meeting, and have not yet been resolved. As you will recall, I mentioned these issues to you when we talked on the telephone last month.

From the Neighborhood Board minutes of June 10, 1999:

    1. Two out of three faucets are not working.
    2. Sink fixture needs to be repaired.
    3. Drain does not work.
    4. Cabinets above sink termite infested.
    5. Light fixture needs to be repaired.
