As I watched the Sun rise, a brilliant yellow glow filled the Sky with delicate wonder. My eyes adjusted to the light as my mind registered the moment. Birds were waking up the plants with their morning songs, and I could feel my heart begin to stir. I love these reflective moments before the motor force of my mind takes over with thoughts of projects and the focus of the day. The ancients spoke of being able to move between the worlds at Sunrise and Sunset. My mind was moving between the worlds in this moment, giving me the gift of insight and offering strength to know what incredible times we live in. With all the intensity of these changing times, I sometimes forget.
This present time to the year 2012 is going to be of great importance for the inventor, the innovator, the new system makers within us. Creative expression, inventiveness and assertiveness will be priorities. We have to learn to trust more in the adventure. The expressions of the Goddess are upon us. We now have the opportunity to learn her receptive language.
Our capacity to assimilate is extremely challenged as we embrace these stronger magnetic forces. Everywhere I look, old systems are being restructured. This has caused tremendous instability in the old systems. Confusion, defensiveness and overwhelm can be expected in this transition. You will notice this in the work place, over the kitchen table and on the meditation pillow. The vision keepers have spoken of this time as an ending of the old world and the awakening of a new age. We have worn thin the words of "new age" verbiage, memorizing the perspectives as we try to run this consciousness revolution from our mental frames. Rest assured, this awakening can only come through the heart.
I relaxed into this feeling of surrender, accepting the deepening of my heart. Resting in this feeling of love, my body expanded and my breath took over. How simple, just to breathe, being presence and empowering the moment. Too often, I have pressured my mind to understand, thinking everything would be healed if I figured it out intellectually. This embraces such a small part of my capacity. As I come into the heart, I realize the deeper meaning of understanding which is to stand under the beloved Wisdom of the Truth. With the consciousness of my breath, I come automatically into my heart. I noted that one down on my conscious mind calendar:
REMEMBERTO BREATHE
Many a complaint is heard inside my head when I think I have finally completed something only to see the pattern reappear in my life. I have felt doomed and frustrated by the reappearance of these unconscious patterns. My mind had figured out the formula but my body consciousness had not yet released the old pattern. As I develop this deeper awareness, my heart offers patience and strength for my ego's frustration. Compassion allows for deeper transformation. I realize that more suffering comes from my fear and resistance than from actually dealing directly with the pain. Figuring it out is only the beginning. As my mind brings it to consciousness, my heart heals it through Compassion. In all situations,
THE MIND MUST SERVE THE HEART
It dawned on me that many of us have volunteered to clear old evolutionary patterns from our planet. We are the clean-up crew not only for ourselves but for the larger global mind. With the intention of releasing the old patriarch and its dogma, we internalized the old suffering models into our body. Becoming transformation tools, we awaken new levels of consciousness through our body. We are all working to rebuild our basic reality back to the freedom and integrity we know so deeply in our heart. In this way, our healing is not only for ourselves but for the whole world. The key is to work on the self without identifying so deeply with the wounded part. That stage is over. It is time to build the fields of empowerment for the next era. This makes our personal work a pivotal awakening tool for world evolution.
WE SERVE THE GREATER PLAN THROUGH OUR CONSCIOUS WORK ON OURSELVES
Many of us took this accumulated karma with the intention of transposing into a new level of integrity. This explains why so many of us identified with this pure core of consciousness and longed to be joined in the light. We were orphans of the Divine. Our strongest desire has always been to go home-away from the darkness of the world. This is why we launched this spiritual revolution in consciousness. We were born with the energy of the new model of light, to use as tools to transform the meaningless wars inside and out. We have to know this new light pattern in order to do the work and it is being revealed now more than ever. This explains why there are such extreme plays of light and dark going on all around us.
These new light models are essential to express this leap into the next dimension. It is especially interesting that technology, which often mirrors subliminal consciousness, feels it is heading for a serious breakdown entering the year 2000. Many systems are registered on automatic timing and do not know how to register the year 2000. These old systems must be updated to become inclusive of this change of century. The old systems can not embrace this new time.
The analogy reads similarly inside our psyche. Our old psychological and spiritual systems may not yet comprehend the new language, the new frequencies, which are coming in our consciousness. This wave of energy can be very hard on the body if we are not attuned. A system shutdown could occur as we witness the end of the old world. Now is the time to take action to come into new timing and avoid the possibility of a crash. If we seriously start to revise our systems now, we will have a smooth and easy transition to 00 ad infinitum.
I have been feeling this dramatic shift in consciousness taking place already but I did not know how to name it. Many around me spoke of this big shift in consciousness, but couldn't figure out what to do with the energy. The work ahead calls for us to know what and how to revision and then delicately program for this new time. This presents a strong learning curve, embracing ancient wisdom with a modern face. It must include freedom of heart and mind, a feeling of deep contribution and a life that embraces conscious community. Those pioneers among us are finding ways to embrace these new systems of thought and empowerment with grace and ease.
From the bottom up, everything is being revised. If we think the advancement of technology is becoming faster than lightning, just watch these new fields of consciousness. As I embraced this new perception of time and space, I could feel the ego losing its grip on my Soul. I felt gently lifted, experiencing a rebirth of Spirit. I saw that once my faith stabilizes and I stop wobbling, anything becomes possible. As I am able to trust my heart, this dimension becomes more grounded and action oriented. Prayer has more power and new meaning. I feel like a baby learning to walk, only more joyfully this time.
Each of us, myself included, has to deal with the unfinished business of the old world. This has come like a tidal wave of growth and destruction in the last few years. The shift of frequency, this energetic whirling, brings to consciousness all the attitudes that are not working in the personality. This cleansing brought me to the weakest point in my consciousness. When I was stuck in the old patterns, I could feel the helplessness and negativity of my ego. Whatever subliminal message I carried surfaced into my reality. There was no place to hide. There was no sand for the head of the ostrich, only rock. When I would go to hide, I hit hard into my old protection mechanisms. I found that it was easier to be open than to try to protect myself. In fact, I discovered the way I protected myself was causing most of the problems. The joke was on me. The wound was healing, ready to create a new core reality. My old personality guardians were still acting in fear. They were not getting the message to open the door and let this new energy release. I had to learn to get out of my own way. As I surrendered, I felt free from my old perceptions and struggles.
The most important thing to remember is to live in the power of the Truth. Smooth sailing comes when we are living in the cradle of the Truth, being present in every moment. It is vital to stay centered and know the difference between the ego and the deeper spirit, allowing them to be friends. Within this Truth is a total devotion to spirit, to the place in the heart that knows. Do whatever is necessary to be direct and clear in your goals. Move with the highest motivation and stay connected to the Light. If you identify too strongly with the ego's negativity, you will suffer its death and destruction. Bringing Spirit in allows freedom and liberation. It becomes a matter of where consciousness is placed.
Ultimately, one has to accept this time as purification, the fire and the flood, the release of the old and the true beginning of the new time. For those who know themselves, the passage way is opening for a new stage of reality. The support and love available is amazing. It is found in the Light itself. It supplies the courage to move into our true hearts desire. Good luck on the journey. Let us greet each day with renewed courage and commitment for our ultimate goal.
