Transformation
is the theme
of this incredible year.
This time allows the recognition of powerful potentials
you have kept hidden in your imagination. Your soul is coming
home. As you become quiet and listen, you will catch glimpses
of your True Self and the consciousness that directs you. Boldly
grab onto the reins of Spirit and ride.
There is great opportunity this year to claim your
freedom, find your true place and feel the power of your contribution
being received. It is an exciting time, and for some, a very frightening
time, for you are being asked to grow up and take a clear long
look at who you are and what you identify with. It is time to
accept the operating manual of your Soul and learn how to function
on new dimensions. This process is not hard unless you fall into
the wrong attitude. Often our greatest challenge is to trust.
This evolutionary process is creating a new energetic
alignment. It demands you to absorb a tremendous amount of energy
very quickly. It's easy to get spiritual indigestion, which makes
for confusion and foul air. Without question, you have to be in
shape, with a stable mind and open heart. Those who are will breeze
through opportunities, and traverse adversity with wisdom. Answers
are there for those who listen. If your tendency is to be a spiritual
couch potato, then you may find some sore attitudes, because no
on can carry you up the mountain except yourself. Guidance and
strength are available, but the growth experience is for Self-Empowerment.
Daily practice is essential, not necessarily in a formal way,
but in a way that acknowledges your roots, your Soul, your sacred
space. Begin by expressing constant gratitude for all that you
have been given.
The dark side of this transformation can bring confusion
and overwhelm. You may find yourself worrying over the unknown,
not yet able to see exactly where all this is leading. You were
probably trained to be wary of forces greater than yourself, forces
you are not able to control or predict. The ego gets worried,
as Old World reference points no longer work. Worry is the ego's
way of being in control and releasing energy. This experience
is like being on an airplane not trusting that the pilot is capable
to fly the plane. You fret in your seat, ego spinning, going around
and around the problem with no answer. You must learn to trust
in something greater, listening to the depth of knowing that lives
in the heart.
Your personal world, as you have noticed, must be
able to handle tremendous shifts in consciousness. Often the greater
the movement, the bigger the gift. This trust in benevolent forces
must come from your very core. The Soul will stabilize you during
this time of great expansion if you allow it. It all depends on
how much your ego tries to run the show. When you surrender your
fear, you are carried to a place of grace, undressed and cleansed.
This cleansing allows more presence in the moment. You find that
compassion and Forgiveness live in your nature firsthand, not
from a place of arrogance, but from a place of peace and humbleness.
One of the greatest qualities you can establish
during this time is Faith. Life becomes easier as you develop
your heart. This depth of inner knowing bypasses the thinking
mind. It allows you to accept the world from a place of adventure
and joy, rather than treat. You begin to see how you can use every
experience for your highest good, even when it does not feel comfortable.
True justice and mercy are given as you listen from your heart
and allow your ego to be held in its proper place. Faith is the
living connection between the Ego and your Spirit.
Ancient records speak of this era as the end of
time. It marks the breaking point of a major cycle. The world
is quickly moving into new systems, developing new growth paradigms,
experiencing new levels of awareness. You must adjust to stronger
energy currents in your body. It has felt like living with Ajax
scrubbers for the last few years. This time of great purification
will continue on another level. The ego will be washed away again
and again in the winds of change. Like a winter storm, the old
branches are blown away, clearing the space for the new to be
born. Our spirit holds constant, undisturbed through it all. The
end of this scrubbing and polishing is in sight. Just hold steady
and you will experience the bigger picture to all the training
you have received, understanding the path you are on. This new
perspective and empowerment are on the way.
Most of us are still under the influence of this
deep purification process, learning the right use of power. You
are being instructed how to use you life force constructively,
getting rid of draining attitudes and the suffering motif. You
may receive vision of the New World, like seeing a map. Yet until
you walk the terrain, you will not really know it. Many misperception
come when you thing the map is the real world ant that your mental
pictures are it. The mental interpretation can lose the dimensionality
and power of the divine, talking about it rather than breathing
it through the bones. The map holds only a fraction of the beauty
and empowerment that is available.
These visions represent the door to the New World,
an introduction to the world that lies ahead. Understanding the
spiritual dimensions comes after the experience of becoming. This
is why we are urged to bring the spirit into our body.
This awakening can be difficult because the new
self does not maintain through the old paradigm. It is a genuine
rebirth experience. This leaves few reference points, making it
essential to surrender continuously to you highest good. You have
to give conscious permission, surrendering your will, to have
experiences of the divine. It does not mean that you lose your
discretion, what you lose are your dogmatic responses. Fear can
block consciousness, and may not allow the remembrance of other
dimensions of existential experience. The mind compartmentalizes
the experience in the imagination, making it feel more like a
dream. This is a survival instinct to keep the ego in place. As
you open your conscious mind through love, you register the experience
into you heart. It becomes part of your being. You develop a deep
place of trust. This allows your mind time to adjust to these
new dimensions without threat.
There is an inner drive to get the chakras working
within the new energetic foundation. As you embrace the Soul aspect
that is emerging now, it gets easier to accept this greater potential
and feel the entry of spirit into the body. Letting go of the
old aspects of self-become as simple as breathing, letting thoughts
pass without judgement. This transformation happens in stages,
you your conscious mind builds a bridge to greater awareness.
I found myself looking for a user's guide for being
on the planet. It is time again to read the manual for Life that
sustains my Soul. So much is being given so quickly. Patterns
become immediately apparent when I am willing to see them, and
transformation is integrating faster into usable behavior. All
I need to do is tell the Truth and release my ego to greater knowing.
Old structures are falling away, while the new is still being
formed.

I asked the universe to do whatever it takes to wake me up.
They took me seriously. My best bet is to become a light sleeper.
One little nudge, a sounding of the divine, now moves me into
alignment or at least stirs a reaction. I realized that this year
offered countless lessons on how to stabilize my personality.
I had to learn to remain centered and balanced, no matter how
great the waves of change, the tidal waves of loss and gain. What
a test!!!
Everyone I talked to commented on the difficulty
of this last year and smiled at the idea of its end. I also felt
relieved until I realized how much I have gained in this time.
The learning curve has been so great. Looking back, I feel I was
being updated and brought up to speed. Even in the most difficult
times, there was grace.
The evolutionary plan of my heart is quickening,
awakening undiscovered territory. It is a lot to digest, and I
realized the importance of developing qualities that integrate
the power of spirit into my body. I have to ground into practical
reality, rather than idealistic fantasy. God in the flesh. The
study program has helped this integration tremendously. It is
truly a gift of the angels. My prayer now is that life gets easier
for everyone and that we integrate very deeply into this new spiritual
foundation. May we learn effortlessly and have more fun. Give
us the power to give up the suffering self and live in the hear
in Peace.
I found the importance of acknowledging the cycles
of nature, the ebbs and flows of time and my attention span within
it. I discovered that every project has a cycle and a natural
intelligence. Throughout the day, I practice staying in a relaxed
focus, fully aware but not locked in. I had to stop pushing and
learn to trust. This ended the exhaustion that I found in the
work. This alignment created more nourishment and satisfaction.
An obvious rhythm is established within the project beyond my
ego control. It opens the way to spiritual assistance and tunes
me to cosmic timing that is amazingly precise. I use my sleep
time to get answers for technical as well as emotional problems.
By following the ebb's and flow of energy, resting and energizing,
I can be incredibly productive and content.

My first priority has
to be Spiritual Embodiment. Life
without spirit
is death. I retired my critical judge,
realizing without
love, life has no meaning.
When I leave my
spirit, I feel dry, whining, and
obsessive. Spirit
must live in my body consciously.
I vowed to reframe
my learning curve
in unconditional
love.
Let Self-Empowerment
and Wisdom
replace self-condemnation.

I witnessed my progression, moving form a superficial relationship
to love where I lived mostly in my imagination, to a living relationship
within the depth of my heart. I could see the unconscious decisions
I made to stay separate and acknowledged the price I pay for arrogance
and pride. I am reminded continuously to have compassion for myself
and the world around me. I seem to forget. The good news is I
am quickly reminded to wake up and apply my greater self.
The interfaces of the old and New World are very
close, merging more everyday. I move in consciousness from one
world to the other. I recognize the choice more clearly, and the
repercussion is loud and clear. I grasp more clearly the heavenly
hands of guidance and empowerment that have been available since
birth.
