1) Must file an Exceptions to Compulsory Education with the State if child is between 6 and 18 years old. An exception is a child 15 years old who is suitably and lawfully employed.
2) Must notify the local public school principal with a notice of intent to Homeschool.
3) Parent must keep a planned curriculum for the child.
5) Submit annual progress reports to the principal including nationaltest scores, a written evaluation by the parent, samples of the child's work, and representative tests and assignments including grades for courses if grades are given.
6) A parent teaching the parent's child at home must be deemed a "qualified instructor".
